Action at the Tri-County Tournament continued Thursday night with the winner’s bracket games. The Mangum Lady Tigers were defeated by the Snyder Lady Cyclones 55-33 and the Cordell Lady Bluedevils beat Navajo 43-26.

In boy’s action the Mangum Tigers won big over the Snyder Cyclones, defeating them 63-22 and the Cordell Bluedevils beat Hollis 54-28.

That sets the stage for 4 of the 6 games to be played on Saturday. The Mangum Lady Tigers will face the Navajo Lady Indians at 3:40 in the third place game. That will be followed by the Hollis and Snyder boys at 5:00 for 3rd place.

The championship games will begin at 6:20 with the Cordell Lady Bluedevils and Snyder Lady Cyclones followed at 7:40 with the Mangum Tigers and Cordell Bluedevils facing off for the boys championship.

Friday’s game will be in the consolation bracket beginning at 4:00 with the Mountain View and Hobart girls facing off. Other girl’s action will be at 6:40 when Hollis and Granite meet. The winners of those two games will meet at 1:00 Saturday for the consolation championship. The boy’s bracket on Friday will have the Hobart and Granite boys playing at 5:20 and the Navajo and Mountain View boys playing at 8:00. The winners of that game will play on Saturday at 2:20 on Saturday for the boy’s consolation championship.
