Mangum Lady Tigers
It was a sweep for the Mangum Lady Tigers and Tigers when they hosted Hobart in the District Tournament Saturday.

The Lady Tigers had an easy 36-17 victory as they held Hobart to one basket in each of the final three quarters of play.

The Tigers cruised to a 30 point, 63-33 victory over the Bearcats as they got back on the winning side following losses in their last two regular games of the season.

Now things will tighten each game. Mangum will begin regional play this Thursday as they both face teams from Walters (17-5) at the Altus High School Gym. The Mangum Lady Tigers (13-10) have won 8 of their last 10 games. Walters is currently ranked 10th in Class 2A and have won their last 7 in a row.

The Tigers (19-4) were ranked 12th in Class 2A. They will face Walters (14-8). The Walters boys are unranked, but will come to the game riding a 6 game winning streak.
