For the past 10 years I have had the honor of serving on your City Counsel as your Commissioner of Streets and Public Highways. I have had a good experience working with 4 City Managers and several different counsel members. As a group the counsel has seen this City go through many phases such as almost losing our hospital, to the current renovation of the City pool and park. This is a complex small city with many entities, but still a great little city in a great part of the country. Hard decisions have had to be made and several still to come, but all decisions have been made with the best interest of the citizens of this community in mind.

I will not be seeking re-election this year. Therefore, I would like to thank you for giving me your support for the past 10 years.
