Former Mangum Coach Charged With Two Felonies

Former Mangum coach and teacher, Chad Kirkegard has been released on bail following his arrest last week.

Kirkegard was charged with two felony counts, both dealing with improper conduct with underage females.

Kirkegard resigned his position with the Mangum School system in January.
