Cody Hall a Junior at Granite High School has had a great two weeks of golf.  April 26th Cody earned a spot at Regional’s by shooting a round of 78 at Clinton.  On May 3rd Cody shot scores of 88 and 87 at Meadowlake Golf Course in Enid to come up 4 strokes short of qualifying for the State Golf Tournament.

At Regional’s, golf contestants walk two rounds of 18 hole golf.  This equates to about 12 miles of walking carrying your own golf clubs.   Cody is quite an athlete and I am looking forward to coaching him next year.  Granite golf team consists of players Alex Scarborough, Riggs King, Brady Brooks, and Cody Hall.
